Tripp Lite Appoints New CAO and VP Positions
New roles reflect company’s growth through innovation, operational excellence
Chicago, IL (May 15, 2019)—Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, has welcomed Mike Patriarca to the role of Chief Administrative Officer and has promoted Gaby Iverson to Vice President, Finance. The two new appointments will position Tripp Lite for growth and expansion as the company continues to build its business through product innovation and operational excellence, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Patriarca joins Tripp Lite with more than 25 years of experience at Staples, most recently as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for the North American Commercial Delivery Business Division. He has also held high-level positions at the company’s Quill.com and European divisions, and led a cross-functional global transformation team, directing several large-scale projects. As Tripp Lite’s Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Patriarca will oversee several areas of the company, including Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Tech Support/Order Administration, Information Technology and Risk Management.
Ms. Iverson has been with Tripp Lite for 28 years in various finance and accounting roles. In her new role as Vice President, Finance, she will make use of her experience managing treasury operations, accounts receivable and payable, credit, inventory management, financial reporting and other operational activities. Prior to Tripp Lite, Ms. Iverson worked with professional services organization Deloitte & Touche (now Deloitte US). She is a Certified Public Accountant.
