IMPORTANT NOTES:

* Previous versions of PowerAlert Network Management System (PANMS) required users to separately install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Recent versions of JRE disallow certain processes that are required for use by PANMS. To address the issue, this version of PANMS has a self-contained, compatible JRE, which is automatically invoked when PANMS is launched.
